Question: What drew you to customer service?

Answer: I know how happy I get when someone helps me, so I love putting smiles on customers' faces!

Q: What do you find most rewarding about customer service?

A: A simple thank you from the customers goes a long way.

Q: What is the most rewarding problem that you solved?

A: We messed up an order and I had the order same day shipped to Minnesota in time for the job. The customer wanted the order overnighted from the day the order was sent in. We entered the shipping date for the next day, basically 1 day late. Once the rep called me and let me know, I contacted FedEx/UPS to get the rates, had my boss approve, and set the process up over the phone.

Q: What’s your favorite thing to do outside of work?

A: I love hockey, the Bruins, and the Garden!
