Turbine Blade Inspection

• Offers flat, curve, or swept-surface inspection.
• A ready-to-use tool that is capable of validating any part for inspection, and especially suitable for those with complex shapes.

Wheel Inspection

• The probe can be adapted to fit any specific curve shape when used with a custom holder.
• Using a customer's sample or a mechanical drawing of the part, it's easy to develop a custom holder that will make the flex probe a perfect fit for the part being inspected.

Weld Inspection

• The probe can be connected to a scanner using the appropriate holder.

External Multiplexer for Increased Number of Coils

The OmniScan is also capable of driving 64 channels through an external multiplexer, which could be either two 32-element probes, or one 64-element probe. This capability makes it possible to upgrade coverage without changing the coil size.

Fast Customization

The FBB probe and cable are available as off-the-shelf products for fast lead times. In addition, our mechanical design capabilities enable us to respond quickly to requests for custom holders. A part drawing or sample from the customer is all we need to quickly design a custom holder for the flex probe.

Customizable Reference Material Capability

Customizable reference material capability is only possible with the CAB-032-OM2_5 cable due to the wiring configuration.
