You can select from the following lengths: 5 m, 7.5 m, 10 m, 12 m, 18 m, 20 m and 30 m with 6.0 mm or the new 8.5 mm diameters. In addition, an optional 7.5 m scope with a smooth outer surface is available, making it an excellent choice for nuclear and pharmaceutical applications where ease of cleaning and decontamination are a priority. The insertion tube design provides superior insertability and crush and abrasion resistance. It is ideally suited to inspect areas that are deep and difficult to reach.

The IPLEX insertion tube is designed for great crush protection and abrasion resistance, which provides excellent access through narrow passage ways with rough surfaces.
In addition, the Olympus unique Tapered Flex^TM* features superb scope maneuverability with optimized stiffness and flexibility.

Never before has such a high performance, long-length videoscope been available in a portable, compact package. Power is provided by internally mounted Lithium-ion battery. The compact size IPLEX can be easily carried to the inspection site and set up in seconds. It is designed to withstand rain, sand, dust, and physical shocks caused by drops and falls, ensured by IP 55 and MIL-STD*.

In addition to visual detection, our IPLEX videoscopes can measure size, depth and area of defect.

The IPLEX uses Stereo Measurement technology for accurate, three-dimensional defect measurement at any target angle. You can measure size, depth and area of erosion and corrosion, and waste during your inspection. Measurements can be done on-board the IPLEX system, or afterwards with the IPLEX Viewer PC-based software. Quantitatively-measured calculations of a defect will facilitate archiving, reporting, and sharing of inspection results.
