When Joining Evident in 2015, Aiko started out as a sales support staff to coordinate delivery dates. After that, she moved to the Sales Department, and worked in IE sales for 3 years.

In 2023 Aiko transferred to the Marketing Department. She is involved in the planning of the new Laser Scanning Microscope.
