Terms and Conditions of Supply

The Terms and Conditions set forth within this section (OLYMPUS INDUSTRIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SUPPLY) will apply to all UK and EMEA Industrial orders of goods, services, and combinations thereof made to Olympus Industrial, and shall apply until such a time as Olympus Industrial and the Buyer mutually agree in writing to a revision to these Terms and Conditions.
