SwiftMin® Automated Quantitative XRD Software

Before proceeding with the software update, we recommend contacting your local Olympus office for technical support.

Software Update Instructions:

1. Copy update-usb.zip file to the root directory of a USB drive
2. Power off the BTX™ III or TERRA™ II XRD analyzer
3. Insert USB drive
4. Power on the analyzer
5. The update will automatically reboot the analyzer
6. Remove USB drive
