WINXL software is designed to work in conjunction with MS Excel to enable users to directly send thickness data from a Magna-Mike® 8600, 8500, and many of our other thickness gages.
With the WINXL software, you have the option of sending a single thickness reading to an active spreadsheet cell or exporting an entire file. You can even create your own custom Excel templates and populate them with data from your thickness gage.
To help you get the most out of your thickness gage, we’ve created a series of ‘how to’ videos that demonstrate the functionality of the WINXL software. The first video is an overview of the program and the second covers software installation. The remaining seven videos provide step-by-step instructions for getting the most out of the various functions of the software, including single send data to an active cell, sending with row-column and grid space settings, transferring files to WINXL, and using template spreadsheets.
