Welcome to the Technical Support Center for Olympus XRF and XRD analyzers. We’re here to assist with questions about our instruments, software, and how to use them.
Our staff is trained to answer and resolve common questions and issues that may arise. Additionally, we have a support team to help with specialized calibration requests and unique testing conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions
You can request an RMA by filling out a service return form and clicking submit. An RMA will be created for you within 24 hours.
The Technical Support team is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time (EST/EDT).
Free training can be conducted on site at any point during the unit’s lifetime. Contact your local sales representative to arrange training.

Yes, Vanta™ software is compatible with Windows 10. The DELTA™ software requires that Windows Mobile Device Center (WMDC) is installed on the PC as a way to run the Delta unit thru the PC
