高级RVI培训

This two-day course will improve your ability to perform Remote Visual Inspections (RVI) through the advanced understanding of optics, opto-digital technology, equipment design, inspection applications, and image recording/documentation.

Through a combination of both classroom and hands-on sessions, you will learn about subjects ranging from the care and maintenance of existing equipment to the latest developments in rigid, fiber-optic, and video borescope technology.

This course will both enrich your knowledge of RVI as well as extend the life of your existing equipment. We recommend this course for all personnel associated with RVI, including inspectors, supervisors and managers.

DAY 1
Morning Session
Remote Visual Inspection (RVI)-understanding optics and opto-digital technology

• Rigid borescope design
• Fiberscope design
• Video system design and digital video imaging
• RVI image management

Afternoon Session

• Hands-on session - how to get the most out of your RVI equipment
• Hands-on videoscope exercises
• PC-based RVI image management session

DAY 2
Morning Session

• RVI applications - additional applications for greater equipment utilization
• Measurement technologies in RVI
• Equipment care and maintenance-extending equipment life

Afternoon Session
Hands-on session-advanced use of RVI equipment

• Introduction to RVI networking solutions
• Hands-on RVI measurement exercises
• Final exam and certification
