Scanbec NDT is a training and inspection firm based in Quebec City, Canada comprised of a group of materials science experts offering a large range of solutions well adapted to demanding customer requests.

The team is composed of experienced personnel with national and international certification capable of performing trainings and inspections in the fields of nuclear energy, thermal energy, hydroelectricity, wind power, aeronautics, petrochemical, mines, transportation, and the fabrication of steel structures.

Scanbec NDT offers expertise in a wide range of conventional and advanced non-destructive testing techniques such as automated phased array (AUT), conventional phased array (PA), conventional ultrasound including time-of-flight diffraction (TOFD), eddy current and eddy current array (ECA), visual inspection, magnetic particle and liquid penetrant.

With our knowledge, experience and our engineering department, our training programs are adapted to client's requirements. Trainings are conducted in our office in Canada or directly in your facilities upon particular agreement.
