If you need a repair, our technicians use only OEM parts, so you can be confident that your device will return in proper working condition.
We are committed to providing you the best technical support for your remote visual inspection (RVI) equipment, ultrasonic and phased array flaw detectors, transducers, and scanners, eddy current flaw detectors, thickness gages, X-ray fluorescence (XRF) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analyzers, and industrial microscopes.
We recommend annual calibration for most of our products. While most calibration services only provide a basic verification of system performance, our service centers use advanced technology to calibrate our instruments. Olympus technicians utilize proprietary test benches that access the internal calibration circuitry of your device to perform the calibration. Other calibration services don’t have this technology.
We stand behind our work, and all of our repairs come with a 90 day warranty. In some cases, loaner equipment may be available (based upon availability and location). We also calibrate and repair legacy equipment, including devices made by Panametrics NDT, R/D Tech, Sonic, Nortec, and Innov-X. Some restrictions apply, so please contact us for more information.
