기본형 Fiberscope의 우수성

Flexible Fiberscope를 이용하여 산업용내시경 검사 시 굴곡이 심한 검사영역이나 Rigid Borescope로 검사할 수 없는 유효거리가 긴 검사영역을 관찰할 수 있다. Olympus Fiberscope는 우수한 광학기술력을 바탕으로 다양한 고성능 기능을 갖추고 있다. 외경 6.0mm, 8.4mm, 11.3mm와 최장 3.0m 길이로 구성된 기본형 Fiberscope는 뛰어난 영상품질, 4방향 만곡, 그리고 교환 가능한 광학 아답터 방식이 특징이다.

특징

교환 가능한 광학 아답터

광학 시스템은 검사환경에 따라 다양한 초점거리와 시야방향 이 요구된다. 이러한 이유로 모든 기본형 Fiberscope 모델은 검사 애플리케이션에 적합한 광학 아답터를 교환 장착함으로써 다용성 및 정면 혹은 측면 관찰을 지원한다. 또한 검사자 시력에 맞추어 디옵터 포커스를 조절할 수 있다.

영상 크기

Olympus Fiberscope 영상크기는 대부분의 경쟁제품보다 크다. Olympus Fiberscope는 우수한 광학 품질을 바탕으로 배율이 크게 확대되어도 고해상도를 유지할 수 있다.

삽입성이 뛰어난 TF 튜브

대부분의Olympus Fiberscope는 특허 출원된 TF (Tapered Flex) 튜브를 사용한다. 컨트롤러에서 선단부로 갈수록 유연해지는 스코프 특성은 굽은 부분이나 엘보우와 같이 여러 갈래로 구부러진 파이프에 삽입하여 검사하는데 이상적이다. 또한, 컨트롤러에 가까워 질수록 튜브가 점점 단단해지기 때문에 스코프가 구부러진 상태에서도 선단부 끝까지 힘을 쉽게 전달하여 삽입력을 증가시킨다. TF튜브를 사용하는 모든 스코프는 아래의 로고가 부착된다.

4방향 만곡

모든 모델은 선단부 4방향 만곡을 지원함으로써 관찰영역 탐색이 용이하다.

정지영상 및 동영상 기록

CCD카메라 혹은 Olympus 디지털 카메라를 연결하여 정지영상 및 동영상을 촬영할 수 있다

삽입부 완전 방수처리

완전 방수처리된 삽입부는 수중에서 사용 가능하다. (대부분의 모델에 적용) 컨트럴부는 일반 방수처리되었다.

4겹으로 이뤄진 삽입튜브

삽입튜브 (검사영역에 삽입되는 제품의 일부분)는 유연성을 갖춰야 하면서도 동시에 신뢰성과 내구성이 보장되어야 하는 중요한 구성요소이다. Olympus가 설계한 4개의 개별 layer 조합은 내부 부품을 보호하며 액체 유입을 차단한다.

Digital Camera Systems OM Adapters

AI-3M/4M AK-1M/SM-R These adapters allow you to connect industrial fiberscopes or rigid borescopes to selected Olympus digital SLR cameras or mirrorless ones*1. This makes it easy to transfer images to a computer and for creating archives of inspection histories. *1: The optional OM adaptor MF-1 or MF-2 is required to connect the OM adapters listed below to the digital SLR cameras or mirrorless ones.

Notes: Magnification of the AI-4M 1.3x larger than the AI-3M. / Magnification of the AK-1M is 1.8x larger than the SM-R.

C-mount CCD Camera

By connecting a CCD camera to fiberscopes or Boresopes, the images will be displayed on a video monitor and recorded for further analysis and archiving. This also allows for group viewing of inspection images, saving time, user fatigue and improving the decision making process.
