Position Summary: This position is responsible for Inside sales, Order Processing, Inside Customer Service and Purchasing for the product line. Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Lead generation and proactive selling • Sending out Marketing literature and coordinating mailings • Maintaining price lists and demo equipment • Generating quotes • Support Outside Sales Force • Purchase order review and review order status to ensure on-time delivery; Customer
communication regarding availability and delivery information • Verify availability and update delivery information to the customer • Travel and training planning • Organize demo equipment including calibrations • Special projects as assigned
