La station d'accueil DELTA est de conception unique - il n'est pas nécessaire d'éteindre l'analyseur. La station recharge la batterie de l'analyseur et la batterie de rechange et effectue périodiquement une vérification de l'étalonnage. Combining a large area, high performance Silicon Drift Detector (SDD) and a 4W optimized x-ray tube, the DELTA Premium is the ideal solution for ultra quick, analytically demanding applications with superior detection limits. DELTA Premium
Combining a Silicon Drift Detector (SDD) and a 4W optimized silver (Ag) X-ray tube provides excellent speed and detection limits for Mg through Sb. The new standard in handheld XRF, the DELTA Standard model for Alloys & Metals Analysis is referred to as DS-2000.
Combining a SiPIN detector with a 4W optimized tantalum (Ta) or gold (Au) X-ray tube, our DELTA Classic is a high tech, flexible analyzer for typical XRF analysis for measuring titanium (Ti) through Sb. The DELTA Classic model for Alloys & Metals Analysis is referred to as DC-2000.
The DELTA CAMERA & COLLIMATOR Package is optionally available with a full VGA camera, autofocus and zoom capable, providing instant sample imaging and archiving. The integrated camera takes a live video image of the sample tested and superimposes a spot location for precise test location. The collimator allows for electronically controlled small spot (3mm diameter) focus, in additon to standard spot size analysis. This option is ideal for highly focused sample analysis such as the analysis of thin weld beads independent from substrate materials, small fixture components, wires and solders.

Traditionally the powerhouse application of portable XRF analyzers, the DELTA analyzers excel at quick analysis and ID of stainless steels, Ni superalloys, and other high alloy materials with ease. Aluminum & Light Alloy
With the technical advances of the DELTA analyzers, the range of light alloy capabilities continues to expand. With outstanding Mg sensitivity, confidently sort aluminum alloys once relegated to OES systems. Test Al alloys on the same analyzer utilized for heavies and ferrous alloys. Smelters and refiners love the ease of use and portability of XRF analysis, as opposed to tethered and cumbersome OES analyzers.
Electronics
Sort out electronics components with precoius metal (Ag, Au, Pd, etc.) content. Sort out and identify poisons and Pb-containing solders. Evaluate copper content in shredded materials.
Quickly sort out Pb-containing glass and glass-ceramic from recycling streams. Detect toxic elements. Ask about our glass classification sorting library.
Copper
Within seconds, separate brasses, bronzes, leaded, and aluminum & silicon containing alloys. As with all grades, sample geometry isn't important - the DELTA will automatically compensate for sample shape and size. Even sort out Be Copper using the DELTA's nominal chemistry feature and reliable analysis accuracy.
XRF is a nondestructive and non-intrusive technique. Within seconds, the DELTA will provide not only chemistry analysis, but also instant karat determination. Gold, silver, platinum alloys and more can be tested confidently. The DELTA is also available with integrated camera and small spot collimation for detailed analysis of small components.
Analyze pulverized catalyst materials for content of precious metals, including Pd, Pt, Rh, and other elements. Olympus Innov-X has partnered with industry experts to develop proprietary calibrations ideal for car cat analysis.
Monitor the chemistry of slags during melts for quality control and furnace life prediction. Sort and evaluate recovered slags from different melt operations.
