Station d'accueil avec recharge automatique et vérification de l'étalonnage

La station d'accueil DELTA est de conception unique - il n'est pas nécessaire d'éteindre l'analyseur. La station recharge la batterie de l'analyseur et la batterie de rechange et effectue périodiquement une vérification de l'étalonnage. L'analyseur peut être retiré de la station à tout moment et servir immédiatement.

Innov-X SmartSort solution automates all these decisions, enabling even inexperienced operators to maximize both speed and inspection accuracy. This powerful feature yields optimized throughput and accuracy, making the DELTA an extremely productive XRF for alloy inspection.

Within seconds, the DELTA provides an easy-to-interpret results screen that can be viewed in a customizable list or spectral format. Simple, fast data export is achieved via USB, Bluetooth to Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, or printed directly via a wireless printer.

• The analyzer can identify and report tramp material, enabling the user to simplify grade matching by not having to count small, expected amounts of tramp elements against the grade match

Combining a large area, high performance Silicon Drift Detector (SDD) and a 4W optimized x-ray tube, the DELTA Premium is the ideal solution for ultra quick, analytically demanding applications with superior detection limits. The DELTA Premium with the rhodium (Rh) tube configuration is ideal for superior detection limits for light elements magnesium (Mg), aluminum (Al) and silicon (Si) as well as excellent detection limits for Mg through antimony (Sb). The DELTA CAMERA & COLLIMATOR Package is optionally available with a full VGA camera, autofocus and zoom capable, providing instant sample imaging and archiving. The integrated camera takes a live video image of the sample tested and superimposes a spot location for precise test location. The collimator allows for electronically controlled small spot (3mm diameter) focus, in addition to standard spot size analysis. This option is ideal for highly focused sample analysis such as the analysis of thin weld beads independent from substrate materials, small fixture components, wires and solders.
