Olympus NDT, a global innovator of nondestructive testing instruments, is offering free versions of its TomoVIEWER software that allows users to view and share phased array and ultrasonic inspection data. This software provides the capability to load data files generated by TomoView™ or OmniScan® PA and UT software. TomoVIEWER software runs on Microsoft® Windows® 2000 or XP operating systems.

TomoVIEWER permits viewing of inspection data without the source application. As a result data files can easily be shared and viewed by personnel or management at other locations. This portability of data greatly enhances the functionality of the source software and streamlines review process. In addition, TomoVIEWER allows display of linear scan, sectorial scan, and TOFD, as well as unit conversion (metric and US), screen capture, Zoom and comment function
